If you want to become a VIP client, it is necessary that you become a holder of VIP card. You choose VIP card according to the type of services that are included in our offer. Just contact an assistant for VIP medical care by calling +421 34 28 29 282, +421 918 803 120 or email at vipzdravie@nemocnicna.sk. You can consult your needs with VIP assistant who will answer your questions related to VIP care. An assistant will take care of the whole procedure for issuing VIP card of your choice and if you need he/she will order you to GP or another doctor according to your needs.
As our VIP client you will get the whole package of quality services at a high level, so it will cover a wide range of health care - from prevention, care of GP, through professional examination and diagnosis, to treatment and hospitalization if necessary on very high level. Our VIP card will ensure you an individual attention and provide many benefits. Cards are issued on the name, valid for 12 calendar months after the issue and are transferable.
How does it work in practice?
Upon arrival at the hospital at the agreed time you register at the registration desk located on the 1st floor of the clinic and you will be comfortably seated in the VIP waiting room. There you can pick up assistant for the VIP treatment and will introduce you directly to the ambulance where you are ordered. This procedure applies when you visit a medical practitioner, as well as professional ambulance. You do not have to wait for registration in a row, you do not need to look for the right medical unit and you do not need to wait for the examination in the waiting room with other patients. Just make an appointment, come to us and we are happy to take care of you. If you arrive for a planned hospitalization or surgery within overnight stay, our assistant for the VIP treatment will pick you up in the waiting room and will take care of you.
